1. Hold the end of the tube firmly in one hand from the bottom end of the tube, pointing upwards.

2. Hold above head.

3. Bring the arm back to the 3 o'clock position, as shown, and in one continuous motion, flick your wrist to the 12 o'clock position.

4. The faster and stronger you flick it, the further it will travel. A reasonably quick flick will send the entire load up to about 20 feet.

5. If tube is not completely emptied on first try, turn it over and flick again.
