In return for a credit or on-air mention and/or permission to use a clip or picture on the website, we will issue a refund for part or all of your purchase, depending on the value of the pictures/footage that we can glean. We used to hand out freebies prior to getting the credit and found ourselves on the bad end of deals where directors “forgot” to put our names in the credits – this happened with some big names in film and TV, so we now have a “refund afterwards” clause, where we will reimburse you cash credit back to your card and/or free future merchandise. It's a great way to get free goodies!

Rest assured we will issue refunds quickly and honestly, as cash back on your credit card or credit toward merchandise, depending on your preference.

For a big name ad or production, you will likely get full credit for your purchases. For a smaller production, such as an independent film with small distribution or even just a good photograph (jpg or gif is suitable), the value could be smaller, but if valuable enough footage can be used (something that looks good and highlights one of our flagship products), then full credit will be given. In some instances you may earn credit toward future, as well as past purchases.
